Michael Valentine, PE, M.S.

Founding Partner
Mike has 40 years of experience in planning, design and construction of water resources projects.

Samantha Terrell, PE, M.S.

Junior Partner
Samantha has 11 years of experience in planning, design, permitting and construction of water resources infrastructure. She is an expert in water systems modeling using WaterCAD and EPANet.

Teresa Valentine, PE, Ph.D., BCEE

Managing Partner
Teresa has over 30 years experience in water resources project management and design.

Jazlyn Acosta, M.S.

Project Engineer
Jazlyn has 8 years of experience in civil and water resources design and construction. Jazlyn is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD & 3D AutoCAD.

Kaley Yazzie, M.S.

Project Engineer
Kaley has 4 years of experience in water and wastewater design, permitting, construction management, and design planning.

Chris Paquette, B.S.

Project Engineer
Chris has worked at Valentine Engineers since August 2022. He has gained valuable experience in CAD and creating cost estimates for a variety of Water and Wastewater projects.

Dalton Conway, B.S.

Project Engineer
Dalton has 1.5 years of experience designing water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.

Dermot Broderick, B.S.

Project Engineer
Dermot began working at Valentine Engineers as an intern in May 2022 and has become a valuable team member. He has gained experience working in CAD and performing hydraulic calculations for various projects.

Camila Gonzalez

Engineering Intern
Camila began working at Valentine Engineers recently as an intern and will graduate from ASU in May 2027. She has gained experience working in CAD for various projects. 

Elyse Miller, B.S.

Junior Project Engineer
Elyse joined Valentine Engineers as an intern and now works full-time, supporting water and wastewater system designs through CAD drawings and modeling.

Jeebesh Shrestha

Engineering Intern
Jeebesh began working at Valentine recently as an intern and will graduate from ASU in December 2026. He has gained experience working in CAD for various projects.
