Michael Valentine, PE, M.S.

Founding Partner
Mike has 40 years of experience in planning, design and construction of water resources projects.

Jazlyn Acosta, M.S.

Project Engineer
Jazlyn has 8 years of experience in civil and water resources design and construction. Jazlyn is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD & 3D AutoCAD.

Chris Paquette, B.S.

Project Engineer
Chris has worked at Valentine since August 2022. He has gained valuable experience in CAD and creating cost estimates for a variety of Water and Wastewater projects

Michael Valentine, M.S.

AR/AP Manager
Michael oversees billing, payments, and vendor relations to keep our financial operations running smoothly. His attention to detail and dedication ensures accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Teresa Valentine, PE, ph.D., BCEE

Managing Partner
Teresa has over 30 years of experience in water resources project management and design.

Dalton Conway, B.S.

Project Engineer
Dalton has 1.5 years of experience designing water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.

Dermot Broderick, B.S.

Project Engineer
Dermot began working at Valentine as an intern in May 2022 and has become a valuable team member. He has gained experience working in CAD and performing hydraulic calculations for various projects.

Emili Palmisano, B.S.

Marketing Coordinator
Emili leads the charge in web design and social media strategy, creating a dynamic online presence for Valentine Environmental Engineers. Her innovative approach connects us with clients and communities, showcasing our mission for sustainable solutions.

Samantha Terrell, PE, M.S.

Junior Partner
Samantha has 10 years of experience in planning, design, permitting and construction of water resources infrastructure. She is an expert in water systems modeling using WaterCAD or EPANet.

Kaley Yazzie, M.S.

Project Engineer
Kaley has 2 years of experience in water and wastewater design, permitting, construction management, and design planning.

Elyse Miller, B.S.

Junior Project Engineer
Elyse joined Valentine Engineers as an intern and now works full-time, supporting water and wastewater system designs through CAD drawings and modeling.
