Valentine provided design, pre-purchase package bidding assistance, permitting assistance, and construction administration services for the addition of new new and one future filter. The WRF was previously rated for 2.1 MGD and was re-rated to 3.0 MGD per design. Valentine evaluated and compared various filtration technologies through the development of site layouts, technology comparisons, cost comparisons and site considerations.  Working with SMCFD, a preferred alternatives was selected and Valentine assisted with pre-selection and detailed design of the selected manufacturer.
