In the process of updating the Title 22 Engineering Report for California American Water for this 0.25 MGD WRF, Valentine determined that the existing chlorine contact basin did not have sufficient contact time to satisfy the required 90-minute modal contact time.

Valentine then quickly evaluated alternatives to provide additional chlorine contact volume, worked with the Regional Board to gain approval and prepared a design.  Valentine provided construction administration services and assisted with operations questions during startup.
